What is Microdermabrasion?

The Ecopeel Microdermabrasion is a micro crystals, high vacuum device that removes dead skin cells, causes a thermal induction of fibroblasts, and increases the circulation to the treated area.

Is Microdermabrasion the right treatment for me?

This treatment is excellent for most skin types (except active pustular acne) and will leave your skin with a healthy glow. It is used to treat sun-damaged skin, hyper pigmentation, fine wrinkes, and acne scarring. It can be performed on pregnant, lactating women. With 6-7 treatments every 7-10 days , you will see a difference in the texture, skin tone and fine wrinkles of your skin without chemicals, discomfort or down-time.

What can I expect after my treatment?

Your skin will feel smooth. There may be a slight redness which will resolve within 24 hours. Make-up can be applied, we recommend the use of Jane Iredale Mineral Make up which will not clog the pores with talc or pigments and have natural anti-inflammatory properties. The skin should be protected with sunblock, with a minimum of SPF 30. You can resume your daily activities immediately.
