What is a thigh lift?
This is the method we use to remove excess fat from the thighs while tightening the skin and generally rejuvenating the thighs.

Who’s this surgery recommended for?
It is recommended for men and women who have loose, wrinkled, or excess skin or fat in the inner thigh area. It is also suitable for people who have loose skin in the thigh area, which often resembles cellulite. The problem may be a matter of “construction,” due to age or significant weight loss.
What is the procedure?
Under sedation or light general anesthesia, the fat is first removed by liposuction (if needed) without bleeding, using ultrasound (UAL). Then, if the sagging is moderate, we remove skin with incisions hidden in the folds of the thighs in the groin area. In cases of greater laxity, the incisions extend vertically along the inner surface of the thigh. Thigh lift can be combined in this area, depending on your needs, with some type of tummy tuck or buttock lift (Tanga lift).
What about recovery?
The tightening effect is immediate after the procedure. Within 2-3 hours after the procedure, the patient is able to walk and go home with detailed instructions from Mr. Stamatiou and his associates. It is recommended to wear compression stockings for two weeks for better healing and control of any post-operative swelling.
What alternatives are available?
If the skin tone is good but there is excess fat on the inner thighs, liposuction of these areas is considered sufficient. Moderate skin laxity can be treated using Venus Freeze (a radiofrequency device approved by the U.S. FDA) at our clinic.
